1. General Information

Location: 6 Queen Street, Mayfair, London
Operating Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 09:00 – 19:00
2. Appointments
Booking: Appointments can be made via our website, by phone, or in person. Confirmation will be provided upon successful booking.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule. A fee may apply.
No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service cost.
3. Cancellations
Notice Period: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
4. Payments
Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
Deposits: Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the final bill.
5. Gift Vouchers
Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Usage: Vouchers can be redeemed against any service or product unless stated otherwise.
6. Health & Safety
Consultations: Clients may be asked to complete a consultation form prior to certain treatments.
Medical Conditions: Please notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment.
7. Personal Belongings
Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The salon cannot accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
8. Children and Pets
Policy: To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly request that children and pets are not brought into the salon.
9. Feedback and Complaints
Procedure: We welcome feedback. Any concerns or complaints should be directed to the salon manager within 48 hours of your appointment.
10. Amendments
Changes: The Six reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review them regularly.
